Gold Coast Family Dentist provides professional, high quality preventative and restorative dentistry services to family members of all ages from children to grandparents.

Along with our particular interest in preventative dentistry, we provide services covering all aspects of dentistry and oral health.

Gold Coast Family Dentist goes the extra mile for our patients. Not only do we provide gentle and quality service in the chair, we also take care of our patients out of the chair by providing a relaxing waiting room environment and friendly appointment reminders.

About Dr Tony Gan

Tony Gan is a well respected Gold Coast dentist with over 28 years experience.

Tony graduated from the University of Queensland's Bachelor of Dental Science program in 1987 before spending a period of 12 months practising in Armidale, NSW. Tony then moved to the Gold Coast and has been practising in Southport since 1989 before setting up his own practice at Suite 1, 183 Ashmore Road, Benowa QLD in 2013.

In his spare time, Tony likes scuba diving, restoring old furniture and completing DIY projects around the home.

About Dr Mamu Kamo

Dr Mamu was born in Hokkaido, Japan and raised on the Gold Coast, Australia. Mamu graduated from her dental studies at Griffith University’s Gold Coast campus in 2016.

Prior to studying dentistry, Mamu was a ballroom dancing champion of Australia and represented the country twice at World Championship level.

With a strong focus on preventative treatment, Dr Mamu is interested in all disciplines of dentistry and enjoys treating patients from children to elderly with a kind and gentle approach. Dr Mamu is bilingual in English and Japanese.
